“My vast knowledge and experience stem from a culmination of 40 years of working with government agencies, policymakers, government contractors, end-users, as well as suppliers and subcontractors,” Lori shared. “I am a subject matter expert or experienced professional with comprehensive knowledge of federal contracting. Among her many attributes as a CEO and business consultant, Lori’s visionary leadership, which comes with a strong entrepreneurial background, has been very instrumental in guaranteeing her success. Having recently retired from the Federal Government, Lori has shifted her efforts by leveraging her business acumen gauged from directing a full range of contract administration actions and overseeing a $128 billion portfolio.

She finished a degree in Resource Management from Troy University and a Master of Science in Education degree from the University of Oklahoma. Seeing a lot of potential in business, she went on to pursue a master’s degree in Business at the University of Phoenix. Lori also earned a certification in DAWIA and FAC Contracting Level III and is also a certified GrowthIQ Personality Assessment Evaluator. Lori is also American Board certified as Hypnotherapist, Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), NLP Coach, and is also certified as a Time Line Therapy Practitioner as well.

Additionally, she is a decorated military and civilian personnel and was the recipient of the Veterans Administration and Army Outstanding Performance Cash Awards, Meritorious Service Medal (2), Joint Service Achievement Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal (6), Air Force Achievement Medal, Veterans Administration and Army Superior Performer Civilian Award, to mention a few.

To be able to reach a wider audience and empower more people, Lori wrote the book titled WINNING BUSINESS PROPOSAL STRATEGIES FOR SUCCESS: How to Give Your Business the Winning Edge, Writing to Win More Customers, Clients, and Contracts. She also wrote Customer Relationship Management: A Business Guide to Customer Relationship Management, Discovering Techniques for Attracting and Retaining Customers. Her latest effort, Business Development and Strategic Marketing: A Practical Guide for Business Owners, Understanding Business Development, Guidance for Orchestrating Strategic Marketing Plans for Success, will be published soon.
